www.eeoc.gov The official website of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency charged with enforcing Federal Anti-Discrimination laws for age, disability, equal pay, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, retaliation, gender and sexual harassment. The “Discrimination by Type: Facts and Guidance” and “Laws, Regulations and Guidance” sections of the website are great sources for printable/downloadable manuals and enforcement guides which allow employers to remain in compliance with EEO requirements.
