Federal Human Resources Websites The official website of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency charged with enforcing Federal Anti-Discrimination laws for age, disability, equal pay, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, retaliation, gender and sexual harassment. The “Discrimination by Type: Facts and Guidance” and “Laws, Regulations and Guidance” sections of the website are great sources for printable/downloadable manuals and enforcement guides which allow employers to remain in compliance with EEO requirements. The portion of the United States Department of Labor’s website dedicated to employers. You will find guidance regarding numerous important employer issues including federal wage and hour law, workplace safety, the family medical leave act, veterans’ employment and training, and workers’ compensation.
